SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow up to 2 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for us to process our order.

U.K. Orders - 3-4 Working Days
EU Orders - 4-5 Working Days
Rest of World Orders - Up To 10 Working Days

For shipments outside of Europe, please note that the shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs, or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country.

Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship to Post Office boxes. When placing your order, you must provide us with an address where our delivery service can obtain a signature upon delivery of your shipment.

All transactions are shown in Euro. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication.

When you place an order with Sewphie a confirmation of your order and the amount charged to your credit card, will be sent to the email address you have registered with us. This document will contain your unique order number and details of the items you have purchased. Please keep this documentation somewhere safe in the unlikely event you have a problem.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to Sewphie being a small start-up brand, returns will not be acceptable at the moment. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.​ As the items are custom made from pre loved garments, there may be minor flaws with your product. However, on the rare occasion you receive a product deemed faulty, this may be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation Policy
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund. After this your product has gone into production and therefore cannot be cancelled.
